  6. After watching the comings and goings of Dr. Hexabar and reading the reports
  7. discovered by the unknown surgeon of the trait altering techniques (now 
  8. known as Trait Altering Surgical Procedure TASP), I have come to the
  9. conclusion that if it is not our own Dr. Hexabar who is performing these
  10. surgeries then he at least must assist the Surgeon who is.
